What loopholes are out there now besides VPN hopping to quickly resume downloads?

Importing stuff that is bigger than your storage space and not having it deleted seems like a loop hole to many people.

That's a loophole, but in most cases not really abuse as most users are importing | Megalinks MegaDB importing data. It doesn't equate to increased storage on MEGA's servers, as they store only one copy of each unique file anyway.

Ok, thanks. I thought that had been fixed a while back.

Was it one file though? You can usually get to finish one file whatever size it is, but with multiple downloads the last few days I get cut off after I've gone over around 2.5 gb.

12 files around 500 MB each.

Wonder why the difference in experience. Although when the limit first came in effect I recall people were complaining all the time but it took weeks before I even got hit by it, when I'd definitely gone far beyond 5gb a few times.

That's crazy. I always use MegaSync, do you use it or something else?

I have a paid account and still can't import some files through MEGAsync.

I also have a paid account and I thought I ran out of space already or something. I couldn't import even on the web

Importing single files seems to work fine, but having trouble with folders. Workaround was by importing through the mobile app.

Was having issues earlier. Seems to be cleared up now, but one thing that worked for me what manually inputting the folder link into the actual options menu on the importer where it says "import links."

Seems to be working ok for me now. A couple of links that wouldn't import yesterday (in MEGAsync) are working fine now.

I will say that using Chrome, I always have to import twice, 95% of the time. It's always been this way for me.

And now It seems the size limit of the downloads decreased too. I sure hope to see more zippy links around here.
