Curious as to how it's 60fps. Is this through frame interpolation or something? (native 60fps for an anime is all but impossible)

The interpolation job wasn't done well, you'll see lots of distorted frames like this. But overall it's fine, I guess.

One can't "remove" black bars, because there are none. It's the aspect ratio used in cinemas, only way to make it fit your screen would be to crop it, and I don't think I need to explain why this is a bad idea.

i mean there was a a file that i downloaded it had black bars. i mean the expect ratio is not completely 16.9
