FYI, this is FAKE | Megalinks MegaDB FAKE 4k, while YES, it was released as a 4k UHD Blu-Ray, the Digital Master was only 2k

Without knowing the capture method (since this particular 4k Blu-ray hasn't been cracked)... I'd assume it's not.

Why does the color look dull? Please help. Like compared to the trailer the color just looks off. Is it the vid or just my pc?

Playing HDR on a SDR display makes it looked washed out and dull. You need to play it back on a HDR screen or use a media player with madvr's HDR > SDR conversion.
