Sigh.... I guess TC no longer means what it use to, I remember TC "Telecine" use to be close to DVD quality, now they just look like V2 cams :(

tc still means telecine. this is one lone asshole who runs a "scene releases" site. he tries to get money by getting people to sign up for his file hosting site. his best idea for doing this is to have "exclusive" releases. however, he lacks the skill or knowledge to actually get exclusive content. so he gets these cam copies that everyone already has and he relabels them as TC and it appears to everyone that only he has this release. also, the site is sceper.ws and the guy is Angel2. his greed is quickly ruining his site and causing confusion. he has never released a real tc and never will.
