Just out of curiosity, is there a site that anyone knows of that tracks upcoming scene releases - before they're out, so essentially you'd know a few days ahead of time what new releases (especially movies) are coming? I feel like I knew one years ago, but I definitely don't know it any more. Would be great if someone here knew. Thanks.

No. You will only get it as it's announced. Every release is a race, and announcing ahead of time that so and so group is going to release something would defeat the purpose of dropping the pants of the MPAA when things get leaked.

I've been using www.rarbg.to/torrents.php daily for years to check what's been released. But because I can't download via torrents anymore due to copyright strikes, I just go here afterward to see what people have uploaded.

Not sure about a few days in advance, but predb.me is decent. There could be better ones out there.
What exactly does this site show? Upcoming releases? Stuff being encoded or uploaded soon?

no it's a Pre tracker. As soon as a release group announces a release, Pre-DB begins to "track" it so to speak.

Thanks a lot guys. Super helpful. Now that I know "I Am Not Your Negro" has released, I just need some kind soul to find it in their heart to violate the law a little and put it on mega.nz.

As far as bluray rips, find bluray release date and scene release can be even two or three weeks before the official date but there are no rules.
for cam stuff, there are no rules or schedules.
