Hey, when I try typing the command I get "innounp.exe is not recognized as internal or external command, operable program or batch file."
edit: now it just says "access is denied"

Run it as administrator to get access. Did you type the path of where you have extracted the rar files. Eg. If its in your C drive then type this:
innounp.exe -x C:/setup.exe

The NFO states that the game's size is 89x500mb, which comes down to almost the same size as OP's post. So I assume it's legit.
