When you go to a streaming site, open firebug (or equivalent) and go to the network tab before you press play. Press play and look for the one that keeps streaming (usually called 'getvideo') and right-click open in new tab. 123 streams movies...it does have some pop up ads, but I just close those. Once in a while the movies crash, but its been very good in general.
