Yup, I've got some friends out in Australia that I would like to eventually go visit, but the trip would mostly be to see what I can of the great barrier reef before its all gone.

Disable contrast enhancement in Intel Graphics settings.It's a bug.

i've only watched 3 or 4. the 2 dinosaur ones and the deep oceans ones all exhibited the stair casing pretty much the entire playback. I'll try what /u/gurpreetshanky suggested and see if the contrast enhancement fixes it

edit: just tried it on a non intel box and didnt see the same pattern. so guessing it is an intel bug/fix. will try the settings as suggested later

Using PotPlayer on Win10x64 with nVidia, I skipped ahead 30s at a time. No visual distortions on either of the dinosaur videos.
